  • 1 cup of water (or broth)

Recipe:

Bring the liquid to a boil and stir in the quinoa, turning down the heat to low. Cover and simmer until the liquid is absorbed, approximately 12 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it rest for 3 minutes.
